About the Position
We’re seeking a Senior Python Developer who is passionate about building robust and scalable solutions using Python and Django. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core software applications, as well as leading a team of junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Nucleon Security’s software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python and Django.
- Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code is produced.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to improve our products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python and Django.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior developers.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
